What's included?

Our move-in/move-out cleaning is designed to give homes a fresh start or a spotless finish. Whether you’re arriving or leaving, we ensure every detail is thoroughly addressed. This cleaning includes:

Straighten and tidy all rooms
Remove cobwebs
Hand-wipe ceiling fans and light fixtures (within 2-step ladder reach)
Hand-wash light fixtures in place (not removed)
Hand-wash moldings, woodwork, and baseboards

Damp-wipe blinds, interior window sills, and lock ledges
Dust lamps and lampshades
Damp-wipe pictures and knick-knacks
Damp-wipe and polish furniture (fronts, sides, and legs)
Hand-wash or damp-wipe doors and door frames

Damp-wipe light switch plates
Hand-wipe uncluttered shelves (within 2-step ladder reach)
Make beds and change one set of sheets (if fresh linens are provided)
Vacuum and dust wood stairs
Vacuum and mop all floors

Clean inside of oven (self-clean cycle should be run 24 hours prior to service)
Scrub and wipe inside microwave
Scrub stovetop, grates, and drip pans
Scrub countertops and backsplashes
Scrub and sanitize sinks
